At CoveBalm, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or unopened condition.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer to ensure the products are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
